WORKSHOPS/ TEACHING ASSIGNEMENTS

Kalpana leads different kind of workshops. The workshop can function as a way to physically experience this ancient knowledge and gain deeper insight into the background of this tradition. She also leads workshops where she bridges dance with meditation and uses her own personalized approach to use the body as a vehicle to move, express and experience itself.
